Shipping

We ship throuout Australia and New Zealand. Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days and typically use Australia Post.

We work hard to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your bamboo sheets, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
